Do I need cooking equipment?
Nope, you should have everything. We do encourage the use of measuring spoons, cups and optionally an electronic food weighing scales. These are things you will use time and time again and are very inexpensive.
Do I need lots of ingredients?
No. All our recipes are designed to use the minimum amount of ingredients. Typically there are 5 ingredients per recipe and these will be readily available at your local store. Some ingredients will be required but you will use them time and time again.
Do I need to like cooking?
No, we understand that everyone is different and not everyone likes cooking. While we highly recommend home preparation, its not essential. There are lots of simple recipes that require no cooking and are easily and quickly assembled.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free?
Our programs promote healthy living across all diet types and do not focus on a particular diet. Our nutritionists and instructors are there to help should you need specific ideas or recipe adaptations.
