Staying hydrated also helps your muscles remove toxins and waste so that they can work efficiently. Dehydration can be a serious condition that can lead to problems ranging from swollen feet or a headache to life-threatening illnesses such as heat stroke.

For most people it can be as simple as headaches in the office to feeling a little sluggish and tired. Keeping hydrated helps your body perform better and crucially helps your heart pump blood around your body more efficiently. This juice program looks at the science of hydration and gives you tools and tasty recipes to keep you healthy and hydrated.

In the first stage we look at the effects, symptoms and the latest science behind hydration.
Day 01: Why is hydration important?
Day 02: Monitor and track fluid intake.
Day 03: Hydration at work.
Day 04: Hydration during exercise.
Stage Two
Sources of water, a balanced sugar to water ration and some useful tips are some of the issues we will look at in stage two. We will also look at how alcohol can affect us and what to do when fitness training.
Day 05: Healthy hydration ideas: Smoothies.
Day 06: Healthy hydration ideas: Smoothies.
Day 07: Healthy hydration ideas: Isotonic drinks.
Day 08: Healthy hydration ideas: Teas
Stage Three
In stage three we give you lots of tasty and simple recipes to help you stay hydrated and healthy. From teas to cold summer drinks and juices, we cover all thirsty occasions.
Day 09: Effects of alcohol and caffeine on hydration.
Day 10: Keep one thing you liked from the program.
