Stage One
In the first stage we look at what essentials you need in the kitchen and explore some basic techniques to get you started.
Day 01: What do you need in the kitchen?
Day 02: Food preparation essentials.
Day 03: Different cooking techniques.
Day 04: Buying the best fresh ingredients.
Stage Two
Stage two jumps into preparing simple meals that are tasty and easy to prepare. We cover breakfast through to dinner and have options to suit everyone.
Day 05: Breakfast: Eggs and fruits.
Day 06: Lunch: Pastas and rice.
Day 07: Lunch: Soups and salads.
Day 08: Dinner: Roasts and casseroles.
Stage Three
The last stage helps you make the best use of your time to plan ahead so cooking becomes a pleasurable experience and not a chore. You don’t need to cook every night and planning ahead means you will always have tasty food ready to use.
